Who is responsible
The NeoLedgr team operates this market-test waitlist and is responsible for the information described in this notice.
What we collect
We collect the work email address you enter. To understand how people find the waitlist, we may also collect the page URL, referring page, browser locale, and UTM campaign tags. We do not intentionally collect payment details or sensitive personal data through this form.
Why we use it
We use this information to manage the waitlist, prevent duplicate entries, contact you about early access, and measure interest in the NeoLedgr market test. We do not sell waitlist information.
Service providers
Waitlist submissions are received through Make and stored in Google Sheets. These providers process information on our behalf to automate intake and maintain the waitlist. Hosting and delivery infrastructure may also process limited technical request data.
Retention and deletion
We retain waitlist information for up to 12 months after submission, unless a shorter period is required or you ask us to delete it sooner. To request access, correction, or deletion, email privacy@neoledgr.com. We will use your email address only to locate and respond about your waitlist record.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as the market test or our service providers change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
